Upon receiving your order, we will begin processing it which takes on average 1-2 business days. Your product will then be shipped out, and a tracking number will be available at your account. Shipping takes 5-7 business days usually. Shipping is made via EMS/USPS/DHL/TNT. There might be a charge requested by the customs of the buyer's country(very rare), it's supposed to be on the buyers.
Return

All returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the date the package was delivered. For return/exchange, shoes must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with without any tape or marks on the shoebox. Unreasonable requests would not be considered,like: any buyer request to return shoes for another size/color after he/she confirmed all the information of order.

Returns and exchanges packages sending back to menfashionshops.com must be post marked within 14 days from when your request has been approved. It will take 5-10 business days to process all returns and exchanges. If the return/exchange isn't returned within the alotted time, we will not be able to process your return/exchange and will send a money request for shipping fee to ship the package back.
Buyer pays for shipping back to menfashionshops.com in original condition & packaging. After inspection we will refund you the amount the buyer paid for the shoes less standard shipping & handling fee. For all free shipping items, shipping & handling fee will be retained to cover shipping charge.
